What skin type are your products for?
Our products are geared mostly towards Oily and Combination skin types but are also good for Balanced skin types as well.
Does your product work?
Our product works, however, results vary from person to person. With skincare it takes up to 3 months at least to see results for some due to what is called skin cell turnover, so patience and consistency is the key.
What are your products made with?
We have provided the ingredients for the products on our website for easy access and transparency.
Where are your products made?
They are made in the U.S.A with top quality ingredients.
How do I store my products?
We recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Are your products pregnancy safe?
We use actives and extracts in our products so our advice will be to consult with your doctor.
Do you test on animals?
That is a NO.
Does the product work for Men as well?
We are gender inclusive, so our products are for both Women and Men.
Shipping And Returns
1. What if I want to return a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination because products can shift in transit and wear and tear can happen due to handling by carrier. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged upon arrival, or an incorrect item arrived, you must notify us within 48 hours of shipment delivery to qualify for an exchange of the same product. Please make sure to have pictures of damaged or incorrect product/s to validate claim and contact us immediately so we can make it right.
2. What is your return policy for unwanted product/s?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works for your skin before ordering. Make sure to reach out to us first before initiating any returns. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will happily refund any unwanted product/s if you contact us, and product/s are shipped within 5 days of delivery otherwise all sales are final and are not subject to return. If you decide to return any product, shipping will be at your expense. All unwanted product/s must be returned in an unused, as new condition with the original packaging and any free samples/free gifts received. We will refund the monetary value of the product/s returned to us, at the price you purchased them, and original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please contact us by emailing us and include your full name, order and/or reference number and item/s you wish to return in order to process the refund on time and accurately. Please allow up to 2 days for a response from us. Once we confirm your return, we will initiate a refund which could take up to 10 days for the refund to post. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the products are returned safely to us. We will refund back to the original method of payment charged only.
Remember, we do not accept returns on used/open products and all returns must be shipped within 5days of delivery.
3. What if I want to cancel an order?
Before submitting your order, please double check to make sure everything is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been processed.
4. What happens if my package is stolen or lost?
Once an order has been shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package. If not, then the receiver would need to contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility.
Sokedion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order and we will not issue any refund or redeliver the order. Please contact the carrier to help you locate your package.
5. When will my order be shipped?
The way the process works is: You make an order; we process it and then it’s shipped by one of our carriers. Please allow up to 7 business days excluding weekend and holidays for your order to be processed. After that, it takes about 5-7 days to receive the order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid any unnecessary delays.
6. What happens if an order has an incorrect shipping information?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the order will be refunded for the order amount minus the shipping cost. If the customer would like us to reship the order, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. Sokedion is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer, and no refunds will be given in this case.
7. Do you ship outside of United States
We ship products only in United States for now.
